Cheap and disgusting, yet highly satisfying, English muffin pizzas are easy to make, and they're family friendly too. We tried putting leftover bacon on a few. And any type of seasoned tomato sauce will do - this time we used a bolognese sauce, because that's all that was available in a small jar.
